Chicken Burgers – Burgers tat-Tiġieg

Looking for a new burger recipe to add to your repertoire? Our deep-fried chicken breast burger recipe is sure to satisfy your cravings and impress your taste buds!

This recipe features a juicy chicken breast that’s coated in a delicious breading and then deep-fried to golden perfection. To get started, you’ll need some basic ingredients, including chicken breasts, flour, eggs, and your preferred seasonings. We recommend using a mix of spices to add extra flavor and depth to the breading.

To prepare the chicken burger, you’ll need to pound the breasts to an even thickness and then coat them in a mixture of flour and eggs.

Once the chicken is ready, it’s time to heat up your oil and start frying! We recommend using a deep fryer or a heavy-duty pot filled with at least 2 inches of oil to ensure even cooking and crispy results.

After the chicken is cooked and crispy, it’s time to assemble your chicken burgers. We love topping ours with tomato and onion and a creamy sauce. For ours, we used a tasty sandwich spread, but feel free to customize it to your liking.

With its crispy breading, juicy chicken, and delicious toppings, our deep-fried chicken breast burger is a surefire winner. Give it a try and enjoy a satisfying and delicious meal today!
