Ingredients

  • 9 lasagna sheets
  • 260 g red elmar tuna
  • 3 red elmar anchovies
  • 50g fos sliced olives
  • 200ml cucina d'oro cooking sauce
  • 4 hard-boiled eggs
  • roasted red peppers in jar
  • 350 ml of tomato sauce
  • 1 chopped onion
  • fior di vita fresh mozzarella for pizza
  • Hello V Italian Style Pasta Topping
  • Golden Drop olive oil

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 200°C.

Cook the lasagna sheets then drain and set aside.

Heat up the pan with a little oil and stir fry the onion until brown

Add the chopped red pepper to the pan and cook for 5 minutes

Add the hard-boiled eggs, anchovies, olives, tomato sauce, and tuna. Stir and cook for another 5 minutes

Spread a thin layer of tomato sauce on the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.

Place 3 lasagna noodles on top of the tomato sauce. Spread a layer of the tuna mixture over the sheets. Repeat the layering Process with the remaining sheets, sauce, and tuna mixture.

End with a layer of lasagna sheets.

Pour 200ml of cucina d'oro cooking sauce on top and spread evenly

Add slices of mozzarella on top of cooking sauce

Sprinkle some Hello V cheese

Bake for 30 minutes
