Cut the ftira horizontally in half Remove casing from sausages and add the meat into a bowl Add the cream cheese, Made for Meat sauce, Italian herbs Spread the mix on your bread slices and place them on a baking tray. Bake for 10 mins at 180C Add the Fior di Vita shredded mozzarella on top of your ftira and bake for another 5 mins or until the cheese has melted.
