Chicken Wraps – Wraps tat-Tiġieġ

When you don’t feel like cooking, a chicken wrap is an ideal option. This recipe is delicious and simple to prepare. The best thing about chicken wraps is that you can top them with nearly whatever garnish you like or happen to have on hand. You may prepare the chicken wrap in advance and simply grill it when you’re ready to serve.

You may prepare the chicken wrap in advance and simply grill it when you're ready to serve.

Ingredients

  • 2 Arinna Tortilla Wrap
  • 350g chicken breasts cut in strips
  • Made for Meat suace
  • Fior di Vita grated mozzarella
  • Salad fillings of your choice
  • Golden drop olive oil
  • Eggstra egg white
  • 80g Roger's potato chips
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic granules
  • 1/2 tsp onion granules
  • 1/2 tsp italian mixed herbs
  • 1 tsp paprika

Instructions

Sprinkle all of the seasonings on chicken and combine

Crush 80g of Roger's potato chips into a fine crum and spread out on a plate

In a seperate bowl pour in some Eggstra egg white

Using one hand dip the chicken into the egg white and then place into the crushed chips.

With the other dry hand, fully coat and press into the chicken before placing onto a seperate plate and then repeat.

Lay all of the chicken into a pan and bake for 20mins at 200C until cooked through

Grab your wrap and lay it down before drizzling some made for meat sauce

Add your salad filings of choice, followed by 3 crispy chicken pieces

Drizzle some more sauce follwed by mozzarella and then close the wrap

Place fold side down in a meidum hot pan for a few mins to seal and flip over to the other side for another few mins.
