Tastes amazingly good on its own as a snack or as an appetizer, or as an addition to a full meal. In a bowl, add milk, water, olive oil, dry yeast, sugar and whisk everything together. Incorporate flour little by little, add salt and knead for about 5 minutes Cover with a clean towel and proof for 1 hour Divide your dough into 4 pieces Roll out each piece into a flat disk, fill it with mozzarella and close it into a ball. With a rolling pin, gently flatter each ball into a disk and set aside. Cook your cheesy focaccias in a pan over medium-low heat for about 5 mins each side (make sure you cover your pan with a lid for best result).Focaccia with Sausage and Mozzarella
