This tomato feta pasta salad seems to improve each time we make it. Make this summertime recipe today; it's fast and simple to prepare.

Ingredients

  • 450g fusilli pasta
  • salt and pepper
  • Golden Drop olive oil
  • 450g cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 3/4 cup fos kalamata olives, pitted and halved
  • 450g feta cheese, medium-diced
  • 6 sun-dried tomatoes in oil, drained and chopped
  • Kuhne Italian Dressing
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan
  • 1 cup packed flat-leaf parsley, chopped

Instructions

Cook the pasta in a large pot of boiling salted water.

Drain well and allow to cool.

Place the pasta in a bowl and add the ingredients

Add the Italian Dressing

Sprinkle with the Parmesan and parsley, and toss well.

Serve immediately or cover with plastic wrap, refrigerate and serve later.
