Place the veal chop in between two sheets of a plastic wrap and tap until nice and flat. Season with salt and pepper. Cover the veal in the flour, the eggs, and then the breadcrumbs. Heat up a pan with the oil and fry for 3-4 mins each side. Place it on a wiring rack and cook for 3 mins in the oven at 185C. For the sauce, heat up a pan, add the garlic, the chilli, the basil and the oregano in the olive oil. Add the tomato sauce and cook for 10 mins on low heat. Top the veal chop with the sauce, add the fresh mozzarella, and bake for 2-4 mins until the mozzarella melts. Veal Chop Pizza Style
