Pizza 4 Seasons

Feast your eyes on this four seasons pizza topped with ham, artichokes, mushrooms and olives! It’s a very easy and fun to make dish!

Ingredients

  • golden drop olive oil, for brushing and drizzling
  • 65 g red elmar mussels, scrubbed and beards removed
  • 1 Acqua & Farina Pizza
  • all-purpose (plain) flour, for dusting
  • 4 tomatoes, peeled, seeded, and chopped
  • 4 Red Elmar anchovy fillets in oil, halved lengthwise
  • 50 g Lora green olives
  • 50 g cured ham, diced
  • 50 g Fior di Vita mozzarella cheese
  • 4 baby artichokes in oil, drained and halved
  • 50 g FOS Kalamata sliced black olives
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 220°C

Roll out pizza dough

Sprinkle the tomatoes on top and mark out a cross, using the back of a knife.

Arrange the anchovy fillets and green olives in one quarter

The mussels in another,

The ham and mozzarella in the third,

and the artichokes and black olives in the last one.

Season with salt and pepper.

Drizzle with oil, and bake for 15-20 minutes.
