Place the slices of mozzarella on half the slices of bread Top with pesto sauce Beat the eggs in a shallow dish with the milk and season with salt and pepper Dust the sandwiches with flour and place in the beaten eggs Press down gently for a few seconds until they have absorbed some of the mixture. Dust the sandwiches with breadcrumbs Heat the oil in a frying pan or skillet. Add the sandwiches, and cook for about 2 minutes on each side, until crisp and golden brown. Remove with a slotted spatula and drain on paper towels. Fried Mozzarella Sandwich
