Ribs with baked potatoes and sausage

Slow-cooked, fall of the bone pork ribs with some amazing baked potatoes with Maltese sausage topping. Cooked on a bbq or in the oven, they’re to die for!

Ribs with baked potatoes topped with Maltese sausage

Slow-cooked, fall of the bone pork ribs with some amazing baked potatoes with Maltese sausage topping. Cooked on a bbq or in the oven, they're to die for!

Ingredients

  • Rack of pork ribs
  • brown sugar 1/4 cup
  • 8 tsp of your favourite meat seasoning
  • kuhne mustard
  • 2 large potatoes
  • cucina d'oro cooking sauce
  • fior di vita shredded mozzarella

Instructions

in a bowl mix the brown sugar and the meat seasoning

brush both sides of the ribs with kuhne mustard

place ribs on a large foil and close tightly

place in a 150C oven for 3 hours

after 3 hours take out the ribs,

brush them with made for meat sauce and broil each side for a few minutes

FOR THE POTATOES

cut the top side of the potatoes and scoop the inside

in a bowl mix the scooped potatoes with a knob of butter, salt and pepper and cucina d'oro cooking sauce

fill the potatoes with this mixture.

top with some Maltese sausage and shredded mozzarella

bake at 230C for 1hour
