Slow-cooked, fall of the bone pork ribs with some amazing baked potatoes with Maltese sausage topping. Cooked on a bbq or in the oven, they're to die for! in a bowl mix the brown sugar and the meat seasoning brush both sides of the ribs with kuhne mustard place ribs on a large foil and close tightly place in a 150C oven for 3 hours after 3 hours take out the ribs, brush them with made for meat sauce and broil each side for a few minutes FOR THE POTATOES cut the top side of the potatoes and scoop the inside in a bowl mix the scooped potatoes with a knob of butter, salt and pepper and cucina d'oro cooking sauce fill the potatoes with this mixture. top with some Maltese sausage and shredded mozzarella bake at 230C for 1hourRibs with baked potatoes topped with Maltese sausage
