The Pulpettun is perfect for a busy weeknight meal because it can be prepared in minutes. Try this once, and you’ll treasure this recipe forever!

Ingredients

  • 250g minced pork
  • 250m minced beef
  • 3 pieces fresh breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 1 tbsp grated Parmesan
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs, halved
  • 1 tsp kuhne mustard
  • 1 grated onion
  • 2 crushed cloves garlic
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • made for meat sauce

Instructions

Place all the ingredients except for the hard-boiled eggs in a large bowl

Mix thoroughly and season with salt and pepper

On a parchment paper place half the meat mixture.

Place the sliced hard-boiled eggs on the mixture and cover with the rest of the meat mixture.

Roll the meat mixture aided by the parchment paper.

Bake at 200C for 1 hour 15 minutes
