Pork roulade – so easy to make and so delicious! It’s a hit at every dinner party or family meal and can easily be served as a Christmas meal.
Flatten the tenderloin as much as you can to allow it to roll it. Cut the mushrooms and onions into small pieces. Melt some butter in a pan and sauté the onions and mushrooms and toss in the parsley. When done remove half of the mixture and place it into a container. Boil the eggs. Spread some mustard on the tenderloin, sprinkle with pepper. Add cheese on each piece of pork and spread the mixture of onions and mushrooms. Add half an egg to the mixture. Roll well. Place the roulades in an oven dish and grease them with oil. Cook in the oven for about 30-35 minutes at 180c Heat the rest of the mixture, add a glass of wine and leave until the sauce thickens.
