The burgers, when cooked on a bbq grill, are to die for STUFFED AUBERGINE Cut the eggplants in half and boil for 6 minutes Remove the pulp from the centre of the aubergine and chop it. Fry onions, add meat and the chopped aubergine. Cook for 10minutes, add tomato paste, salt and pepper. Remove from the heat, adding egg and cheese. Stuff the eggplants with the mixture. Bake in a hot oven at 190C for 35 to 40 minutes. PORK BURGERS Mix all the ingredients and work in a large ball. Divide the meat into eight portions. Shape each portion like a small burger.
