Here goes another summer favourite - salmon. Crusted with breadcrumbs, herbs and sauces, elevates this steak making it a good choice for a summer lunch or even bbq grilled. Season steaks and place on a lightly greased baking tray. Combine the honey, mustard and half the thyme in a small bolw. Combine the remaining thyme, breadcrumbs, oil, parsley and paprika in another bowl. Spread the honey mixture over the salmon and then top with the breadcrumb mixture. Season and bake in a 190C oven for 15 minutes or on a bbq grill until done. Serve with Kuhne tartare sauceCrusted Salmon
