In a bowl mix together the flour, yeast, salt, olive oil and water Cover and let rest for an hour Get dough out, cover with flour until it's not sticky Fold it 4 - 6 times. No kneading. Heat pan in oven for 30 minutes. Throw the dough in the pan, cover with the lid and bake for 30 minutes at 200C Remove lid and cook for a further 15minutes Let it cool down and enjoy!Rustic Bread
