It's summertime! and what's more satisfying than some fresh prawns cooked in spaghetti with a touch of caviar! The taste of summer on a plate!

Ingredients

  • golden drop olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 8 king prawn
  • 1 large courgette
  • chilli flakes
  • 1 glass white wine
  • 8 cherry tomatoes
  • salt and pepper
  • 100g tomato sauce
  • 200g cooked spaghetti
  • red elmar black caviar

Instructions

Cook your spaghetti in a large pan of salted boiling water according to the packet instructions.

Meanwhile, peel and finely chop the garlic. Heat 3 good lugs of extra virgin olive oil in a large frying pan, then toss in the garlic

As the garlic begins to colour, add the prawns and sauté them for a minute.

Season with salt and pepper

Add the courgettes

Toss in the chilli flakes

When the pasta is ready, drain it in a colander, reserving a little of the cooking water.

Toss the spaghetti with the sauce, adding a little of the reserved cooking water if you want to loosen the sauce a bit, and correct the seasoning with sea salt and black pepper.

Add some red elmar black caviar for that final special touch
