Ingredients

  • 250g penne
  • 250g ricotta
  • 1 tsp coriander
  • salt and pepper
  • 60g grated cheese
  • 50g Fior di Vita 4 cheeses
  • 150g boiled peas
  • 150g boild broad beans
  • 2 eggs
  • 250ml Cucina d'Oro cooking sauce
  • grated cheese

Instructions

Boil the penne till al dente and drain.

Beat the ricotta, coriander, eggs, mixed cheese and grated cheese together.

Add to the pasta and mix well

Add the peas and broad beans

Transfer to an oven dish

Spread the cooking sauce onto the pasta and toss pasta one last time

Add grated cheese on top

Bake at 190C for 45 minutes
