Rinse cheeses and pat them dry Lay each sheet of filo down flat, brush lightly with oil and fold in half lengthways Brush lightly with oil again Place the cheese on the short end and fold in the edges and roll up to make neat parcels. Brush again lightly with oil Bake in oven for 15 minutes or until golden Once out of the oven, spread them with the honey.
