So you come across those kannoli shells at the supermarket and wonder how to fill them up...Here's our Kannoli recipe for the lazy ones.

Ingredients

  • Place ricotta in a bowl
  • Add sugar and blend with a hand mixer
  • Add some of the milk and keep on blending until you get a smooth consistency
  • Add the chocolate chips, vanilla essence and mix with a spoon.
  • Fill a plastic bag with the filling
  • Snip off the corner
  • Fill in the cannoli shells with the mixture from both sides
  • Dip the cannoli into the crushed hazelnuts
  • Sprinkle with icing sugar
