Every party needs a tasty dip. This recipe is the perfect dip for every season, be it winter home gatherings or summer bbq's. Of course, you’ll need something to dip with; we prefer fresh bread or galletti.

Ingredients

  • 100g red elmar tuna
  • 3 red elmar anchovy fillets
  • 200g tomato concentrate
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 50g FOS Kalamata pitted olives
  • 75g bread crumbs
  • 75g galletti (water biscuits)
  • fresh parsley
  • chilli flakes
  • 175ml golden drop olive oil

Instructions

Process all ingredients in a food processor until a thick and creamy dip is achieved.

Serve with your favorite veggies, crackers, or Maltese galletti.
